Meet your Chef

Ashley was born and raised on Long Island, New York, surrounded by family and friends who often gathered at her mother’s frequent parties. It was here that she developed a deep appreciation for food as a means of bringing loved ones together to celebrate life's milestones. Her culinary journey began with a formative experience at Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue, where she trained in French Mediterranean cuisine. This was followed by several months in Deauville, northern France, working at a charcuterie shop to further refine her skills.

Seeking new challenges, Ashley moved to New York City to train at Le Bernardin to explore the hospitality side of the industry, she then took on a front-of-house position at Danny Meyer's restaurant, The Modern. However, her plans were unexpectedly altered when the Coronavirus pandemic struck. In response, she relocated to South Carolina to be with her family. It was there that she discovered FARM and assumed the role of Chef de Cuisine. With over a decade of experience under her belt, Ashley now combines all she has learned to craft artful culinary experiences to share with you and yours.
